Our customer had similar requirements and we developed a special feeding system for them with a project-specific hopper belt and a separating drum to pre-untangle the springs. The pre-untangled springs are then transferred from a steep conveyor into a MAFU sorting drum, which is suitable for excess lengths of up to 220 mm. The automatic conversion of the system to up to 6 different spring types is quick and easy, and the fan allows the springs to be blow-fed over distances of up to 30 metres. With our self-sufficient feeding system including MAFU control technology, you can rely on reliable, fast, clean spring handling. Ideal for use in clean rooms or in the assembly of medical products.
