Havemo AG becomes MAFU-Havemo Feeding Systems.


  
 

MAFU-Havemo has firmly positioned itself on the Swiss market as an expert for milled bowl feeders and reproducible feeding systems for small and small parts. For more than 45 years, its core competence has been producing customer-oriented sorting and feeding stations for very small and small parts with very demanding geometries. In addition to the project business, MAFU-Havemo also develops and produces series devices for diagnostics in the pharmaceutical industry.

One feeding station for 9 different part geometries


Our challenge was to sort and supply 9 different contours of dosing heads, each with different colours and surfaces. Our innovative feeding solutions with interchangeable parts and quick-change systems were the solution. In order to further increase system efficiency, we have also installed a quick emptying system for quick type changes. Our stainless steel bowl feeders are perfect for use in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Take a look at the quality and efficiency of our systems!

Feeding stations for medical and pharmaceutical technology


  
 

Together with our customer, we were faced with the task of sorting and supplying rubberised and slightly siliconised syringe seals with a diameter of 30 mm. Such special parts can never be supplied reliably with simple standard solutions. With our innovative feeding solution, we were able to manage the complexity for our customer. Our bowl feeders can be individually tailored to each product thanks to the part-related surface treatments. This enables us to achieve the best possible performance and optimal product protection for our customers. We were able to impress our customers with a delivery rate of over 100 parts per minute and our processing quality.

Feeding technology also in oversize - only from MAFU.


We never shy away from a challenge - that's why our customers value us. We are in high demand as specialists in the automotive industry and its suppliers. With our specially manufactured bowl feeder with an outer diameter of 1550mm and our round conveyor drive with an outer diameter of 800mm, we were able to feed large bulk goods in the form of folding bellows Ø85mm x 215mm in the correct position.
