Feeding stations for medical and pharmaceutical technology

Together with our customer, we were faced with the task of sorting and supplying rubberised and slightly siliconised syringe seals with a diameter of 30 mm. Such special parts can never be supplied reliably with simple standard solutions. With our innovative feeding solution, we were able to manage the complexity for our customer. Our bowl feeders can be individually tailored to each product thanks to the part-related surface treatments. This enables us to achieve the best possible performance and optimal product protection for our customers. We were able to impress our customers with a delivery rate of over 100 parts per minute and our processing quality.
