Our flexible feeding systems, in high-performance versions, are the first choice for you. By using our conveyor tracking solution, we were able to successfully increase our customer's output while reducing setup costs.
Conveyor tracking is a position synchronisation feature where a robot follows the workpiece on a conveyor belt. Our systems can process up to 254 objects. With a pick rate of less than 1 second, we can boast of high-performance feeding systems. With our flexible feeding solutions, we guarantee constant process results with a wide variety of parts.

Fast and flexible component feeding


Discover the ultimate solution for your component feeding! By combining our flexible feeding solutions with dual supply, different workpiece geometries can be supplied at the same time. We separated the components and aligned them rotationally every 1.6 seconds. We have also integrated two parts buffer systems to increase system availability.
