With the MAFU Multiliner, multi-lane parts feeding can be achieved in the smallest of spaces. The number of feed lanes is adjusted individually according to customer requirements. The MAFU Multiliner is available in different sizes, depending on the desired performance, size of the workpieces and the space available. The robust design and the materials used are also ideal for use in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

BIG DRUM CONVEYOR

Thanks to the technical principle of the MAFU BIG Drum Conveyor, this feeding system allows multiple lanes to be set up in a very small space. The number of feed lanes can be determined according to the desired feed performance. Usually, 5 to 6 feed lanes are sufficient depending on the feed performance, but MAFU Automation has implemented feed solutions with up to 43 lanes. The robust design of the MAFU BIG Drum Conveyor is designed for workpieces such as screws, bolts, sleeves or nails, so that low wear and tear can be guaranteed even in three-shift operation of the feeding solution.
