HIGH PERFORMANCE M

The HighPerformance M was developed for demanding feeding and singulation tasks and ensures a continuous flow of material in automated production processes. Even components with fine geometric differences are precisely detected, sorted, and supplied in the desired position.

Thanks to its modular concept, the system can be flexibly adapted to different workpieces. Several variants of a part family can be processed on the same system, minimizing changeover times and improving production utilization. The combination of high performance, intuitive operation, and process-reliable parts supply makes the HighPerformance M an economical solution for modern manufacturing environments.

HIGH PERFORMANCE XM

The XM version stands for maximum performance within the HighPerformance series. It was developed for applications with particularly high output volumes and ensures stable, reproducible parts supply even under demanding production conditions.

Thanks to its modular design, workpiece-specific sorting tracks can be exchanged quickly. This allows the system to be adapted to new components or changed production requirements within a short time. The result is high availability and maximum cost-effectiveness during ongoing operation.

MULTILINER

With the MAFU Multiliner, multi-lane parts feeding can be achieved in the smallest of spaces. The number of feed lanes is adjusted individually according to customer requirements. The MAFU Multiliner is available in different sizes, depending on the desired performance, size of the workpieces and the space available. The robust design and the materials used are also ideal for use in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

BIG DRUM CONVEYOR

Thanks to the technical principle of the MAFU BIG Drum Conveyor, this feeding system allows multiple lanes to be set up in a very small space. The number of feed lanes can be determined according to the desired feed performance. Usually, 5 to 6 feed lanes are sufficient depending on the feed performance, but MAFU Automation has implemented feed solutions with up to 43 lanes. The robust design of the MAFU BIG Drum Conveyor is designed for workpieces such as screws, bolts, sleeves or nails, so that low wear and tear can be guaranteed even in three-shift operation of the feeding solution.
