With over 600 springs per minute, 8 processing stations and 24 axes, our spring assembly system exceeds even the high requirements of the automotive industry! The challenge we faced was to master the high assembly frequency and the supply of contact springs in the correct position for driver assistance systems (ABS and ESP systems). Our result was described as masterful - with a guaranteed lifespan of 30 million cycles, we have far exceeded our customer's requirements.
