The MAFU FLEX Series
The Flexfeeder systems combine a material hopper, FlexiBowl, vision system, and robot into a fully integrated high-performance feeding system. First, the hopper feeds the components in a controlled manner onto the FlexiBowl turntable. Thanks to precisely adjustable rotational movements and variable vibration frequencies, even complex geometries are reliably separated. The camera system detects every part on the turntable and calculates the exact gripping coordinates. The robot securely picks up both stationary and dynamically moving parts.

The robot cell is operated via an integrated and intuitive dialog-based control system with a graphical user interface. New jobs can be set up in no time at all on a 17" touchscreen display, without any programming knowledge of robot controllers. The use of clear symbols and easy-to-understand input screens provides context-sensitive support. For technically oriented employees, job creation is self-explanatory.
